What We Offer

Sometimes, the hardest part of tackling an overwhelming chore or attending a crowded social event is simply having to do it alone. Functionally Yours is a practical, non-medical support service designed to help adults—especially those navigating ADHD, autism, or executive dysfunction—get things done and feel more confident in social settings.

Think of us as a professional body double, a supportive plus-one, or an extra set of hands!

What We Don't Offer

Even though your Functional Friend is there to lend a helping hand, they are not a therapist, expert, or maid.

They will gladly help with any project you have expertise in, but they cannot climb ladders, operate machinery, or electrical components.

Your Functional Friend is also not a maid. They are there to help you complete your household task. They will gladly dry the dishes as you wash, fold that pile of fresh laundry along side you, or help you organize a cluttered space.

Household & Task Support

We will work alongside you to help break through the overwhelm. Whether it is tackling a mountain of laundry, organizing a chaotic garage, or finally getting through a dreaded to-do list, we provide the "body doubling" presence to keep the momentum going.

Event Companionship

Weddings, family reunions, and large gatherings can be exhausting and overstimulating. Your Functional Friend acts as your dedicated "social buffer" for the day. They are there to help navigate small talk, provide a familiar presence, and ensure you have a supportive ally by your side.
